Returns and exchanges

Conditions on use, return, and exchange of goods

General rules for use of purchased goods

  • Before purchase, familiarise yourself with all technical specifications so you can judge whether the item suits your needs.
  • Use of a purchased item must conform to any instructions (if provided) and to its intended purpose.

Instructions can be viewed:

  • In documentation included with the product (if provided);
  • By contacting Georgia-registered numbers or speaking with qualified experts in online chat.

Strictly prohibited

  • Using goods contrary to their intended purpose.

Conditions for return and replacement of goods

General guidance

  • Return due to a technical fault and/or identifiable visual defect is possible within 7 calendar days of purchase.
  • wondershop defines the core conditions for returns.
  • To start the return process, notify wondershop on the helpline with identifying information for the product to be returned: product code, order date, and confirmation of payment/transaction details.

If there is a visual defect immediately upon opening (removing from the box)

  • Take photographs of the visual defect.
  • Within 3 calendar days of receiving the goods, contact wondershop and provide photos, order identification details, and a detailed description of the issue.

If a factory defect appears within 3 calendar days of delivery for a purchased item

  • Full information about the damaged goods must be provided to wondershop.
  • Items confirmed as having a factory defect will be replaced under wondershop’s rules.
  • Replacement is allowed only with full completeness; the box and all accessories must be retained.

A return/exchange process may also begin if

  • The item delivered does not match the specifications in the order;
  • The item was damaged during delivery (external damage).

Time limits for return / exchange

  • Return / exchange takes place within 7 calendar days.

Costs for return transportation / replacement

wondershop reimburses transportation costs for returning the product when:

  • The item delivered does not match the specifications in the order;
  • The item was damaged during delivery (external damage);
  • A technical fault and visual defect are confirmed.

Return / exchange is not carried out when

  • Product packaging is damaged;
  • More than 7 calendar days have passed since purchase;
  • The item is not accompanied by all parts and/or documents supplied at purchase.
