How is delivery carried out?

Our courier or our partner courier company will deliver your item anywhere in Georgia, to any address (except temporarily occupied territories).

Within what timeframe will purchased items be delivered?

• In Batumi: within 2–3 business days from order confirmation.
• Regions: within 3–7 business days from order confirmation.

If the user does not personally accept the item at the pre-arranged address for personal reasons

The user undertakes to reimburse transport costs.
